Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment as we have no liability to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if found you have not complied with the booking policy.
Kindly Note: All injectable & laser treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. You must provide a valid physical ID on the day of your appointment. If you don’t bring your ID or send it to us via WhatsApp before your appointment, you risk being turned away and losing your booking fee.
No deposit paid means no appointment secured.
A non-refundable deposit (depending on the treatment cost) is required to book your appointment. The deposit amount will be shown when you are about to book your appointment.
Packages or discounted treatments, once started, are non-refundable and must be paid in full upfront.
If you are pregnant or breast feeding, please refrain from booking until you have given birth or no longer breastfeeding.
As space is limited we can only accept clients that have pre-booked their appointments, unless otherwise stated.
Kindly arrive on time to your appointment. In the case you are early please wait in your car as space is limited or we do have a waiting room available. In the case you are late kindly contact me.
Please note there is a 15 minute grace period for appointments lasting 1 hour or over, any later than this then you will be charged the total cost of your appointment and will have to re-book in again, with another deposit. THERE IS NO GRACE POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS UNDER 1 HOUR - if you are late then your appointment will automatically be cancelled on the system.
Please come alone to your appointment as space is limited. In the case that you are unable to come alone and you have to bring your child or a friend for example, they will have to wait within the waiting room during your appointment due to health & safety requirements.
If for any reason either party needs to reschedule the appointment, we will need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, to avoid loosing your deposit and the booking fee can then be transferred to your next appointment.
If the appointment has been cancelled by us, the booking fee will be refunded (should you choose to).
However, should you decide to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time, do not show OR are 15 minutes later than your chosen appointment time* - then you will lose out on your booking fee that has been made for the appointment and will be charged in FULL in line with our policy.
Cancellation Terms - 48 hours Notice:
If the appointment has been cancelled within 48 hours from the appointment time then you will loose your booking fee and a 100% charge of the total service cost must be paid and will be charged to the card on file (with no exceptions). If you have not paid this charge then you will be blocked from our system (regardless of any booking fee’s held by us) and will no longer be able to book in with us again.
Prepaid Courses and Packages:
If you’ve paid upfront for a course or package, the 48-hour cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel or don’t attend your appointment within 48 hours, that session will be counted as used or chargeable at the individual session rate. You won’t be able to rebook your next session until the balance for the missed appointment has been cleared. No exceptions apply.
Any treatment that is required to be paid upfront and in FULL are strictly non-refundable.
