TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR BOOKING

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment as we have no liability to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if found you have not complied with the booking policy. 

No deposit paid means no appointment secured.

A non-refundable deposit (depending on the treatment cost) is required to book your appointment. The deposit amount will be shown when you are about to  book your appointment.

Treatments that are booked as a package or are on offer are required to be paid upfront and are 

non-refundable.

If you are pregnant or breast feeding, please refrain from booking until you have given birth or no longer breastfeeding.

As space is limited we can only accept clients that have pre-booked their appointments, unless otherwise stated.

Kindly arrive on time to your appointment. In the case you are early please wait in your car as space is limited or we do have a waiting room available. In the case you are late kindly contact me.

Please note there is a 15 minute grace period, any later than this then you will be charged the total cost of your appointment and will have to re-book in again, with another deposit.

Please come alone to your appointment as space is limited. In the case that you are unable to come alone and you have to bring your child or a friend for example, please contact me first and they will have to wait within the waiting room during your appointment.

If for any reason either party needs to reschedule the appointment, we will need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, to avoid loosing your deposit and the booking fee can then be transferred to your next appointment.

If the appointment has been cancelled by myself, the booking fee will be refunded (should you choose to).

However, should you decide to cancel or change less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, do not show or are 15 minutes later than your chosen appointment time - then you will lose out on your payment that has been made for the appointment.
