How do I book an appointment?
Browse our treatments, add what you'd like to your basket, and book your appointment online, all through this website.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment at House of Riri begins with a full consultation, reviewing your medical history, suitability and individual goals before anything goes ahead.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full. See our full booking terms for details.
Where are you located?
We're based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, at Hampton House, 10A Great Hampton Street, B18 6AQ. Look for the black doors marked Hampton House.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Wednesday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm, and Saturday, 12pm to 6pm (closed Sunday to Tuesday). Hours vary slightly by practitioner, so it's worth confirming your exact appointment time at booking. We're appointment-only โ no walk-ins accepted.
