Please note that there is no grace period for late arrivals for facial appointments. Your appointment time is allocated specifically to complete your treatment in full, and arriving late means we may be unable to carry out the service safely or to our usual standard. In line with our clinic policy, late arrivals may result in your appointment being cancelled.
