Payments

• A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable in cash or card on the day, or via Klarna or Clearpay if selected at checkout.

General Terms

• All booking fees and treatment fees are non-refundable. These secure your booking.
• You must disclose any medical conditions before booking. If contraindications are identified on the day, the payment will not be refunded.
• All injectable and laser treatments are strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required. Failure to provide ID will result in refusal of treatment and loss of deposit.

Late Arrival Policy

• Appointments under 1 hour have no grace period. Late arrival will result in cancellation and full charge.
• Appointments 1 hour or longer have a 15-minute grace period only.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late where treatment cannot proceed will be charged in full.
• If treatment can proceed at the therapist’s discretion, a £15 late fee applies.

Rescheduling

• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking, and it must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Requesting a reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit and charges as outlined below.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost, charged to the card on file.
• This is a cancellation fee and is not redeemable or transferable. No exceptions apply.
• Unpaid fees will result in account restriction and future bookings being blocked, with further action taken if required.

Courses & Packages

• The 48-hour policy applies to all prepaid courses and packages.
• Missed or late-cancelled sessions are charged at the single-session rate.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before rebooking.

Offers & Fully Prepaid Treatments

• All prepaid treatments, including offers and promotions, are non-refundable.
• All treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. Package expiry dates will not be extended due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical reasons, medication use, holidays, relocation, work commitments, personal circumstances, or any other interruption to treatment.
• Unused sessions will expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conduct

Any rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of treatment, no refund, and permanent booking restriction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

• Please do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If disclosed on the day, the deposit will be forfeited and full charges will apply in line with the 48-hour policy.
