Is it safe?

Yes. Every non-surgical rhinoplasty at House of Riri begins with a full consultation and assessment, reviewing your medical history, nasal anatomy, suitability and individual risk before any treatment goes ahead.

Does it hurt?

A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment to help with any discomfort. Most clients describe pressure or mild discomfort rather than significant pain. On a scale of 1 to 10, the tip of the nose is typically around a 4, while the bridge of the nose is usually closer to a 1.

Can you straighten a bump in my nose?

Yes. Filler can be used to smooth a bump and even out the profile, for a smoother, straighter side profile. Suitability for your specific concern is always assessed at consultation.

Can you lift the tip of my nose?

Yes, this is something filler can help with. During your consultation, your practitioner will also discuss whether Botox may be more suitable for the result you're after, as it's sometimes a better option for lifting the tip of the nose.

Is this treatment right for every nose shape?

No. Suitability is assessed carefully and individually at consultation, and an alternative approach will be recommended where this isn't appropriate.

How long do they last?

Results are visible immediately, although the area will continue to settle following treatment. A two-week top-up is advised to maintain your results. Results typically last between 6 and 12 months, although longevity varies depending on individual product use, metabolism and lifestyle.

Is this permanent?

No. It's a temporary, reversible treatment using dermal filler, not a surgical change.

Is there any downtime?

Usually around 14 days. We advise avoiding glasses or any pressure on the area for 14 days, no make-up for the first 24 hours, and no gym, sauna, steam, swimming or touching the area during this time. Follow your practitioner's aftercare guidance closely (this area needs particular care in the days after treatment), and avoid excessive sun exposure, using SPF.

When can I see the final results?

Your final results should be visible after 2 weeks from your treatment.
